Weekly on Monday or Wednesday evenings, commencing 9/11 February 2009 through to the end of October ( short breaks in April, June, August ) - 30 lessons in total.
Evening classes, socials, and film evenings are held in Garibaldi House, First Floor, 118 Tory Street(corner Vivian Street), Wellington City.

COURSES

Courses are designed to be practical with the emphasis on spoken rather than written work. Please note that due to constraints of numbers in classes, enrolment to classes other than Beginners Stage One will be at the discretion of the President and Tutors.

Beginners - Stage One

There are two classes to choose from:
Monday 5:30pm - 6:25pm
Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:25pm.

Beginners - Stage Two

   There are two classes to choose from:
Monday    6:30pm - 7:25pm
Wednesday     6:30pm - 7:25pm.

Pre-Intermediate - 2009 Classes full!!

It is essential that each student has access to a copy of the relevant text book.

Buongiorno Italia is available from Whitcoulls Bookstore(Information Counter), 312 Lambton Quay, Wellington. A 10% discount is offered to all enrolled students - please take your enrolment receipt with you. Ciao is available from Victoria University bookstores (Rutherford House, Kelburn campus) - please state that you are purchasing for Circolo Italiano classes, not University.

LIBRARY

Circolo Italiano has an extensive library of Italian books, magazines and videos. The library is at Garibaldi house, 118 Tory Street (corner Vivian Street). Items may be borrowed by Circolo Members.

The library is open between 3pm and 5pm on Sundays, during social functions, on movie nights, and on Mondays and Wednesdays between 5:30pm and 9:00pm between class times.
